Health Care Provider Toolkit

This toolkit supports health care providers (e.g. public health nurses and student nurses) in teaching the How to Handle Your Vaccines Like a Champ lesson in the schools they are connected to. 

The How to Handle Your Vaccines Like a Champ lesson helps prepare students for immunization day by teaching them about vaccines and how to use the CARD system to have a positive immunization experience. The goal of the lesson is to increase students' knowledge of the importance of vaccines, give students strategies to have a better immunization experience, and ultimately increase immunization rates.
